Welcome to ReBride.co.za, a platform where users can list and purchase various products and services related to weddings. By using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms of Use

By accessing or using ReBride.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policies, guidelines, or rules that may be posted on the site from time to time. ReBride reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

2. User Registration

To list items, services, or place a transaction on ReBride.co.za, users must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3. Listing Goods and Services

Users may list wedding-related goods or services on ReBride.co.za.
All listings must comply with South African law and ReBride’s guidelines.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information provided in your listing.

4. Platform Disclaimer (Listing Service Only)

ReBride.co.za is a listing platform only. ReBride does not own, buy, sell, inspect, or handle any items listed on the website. All transactions take place directly between buyers and sellers.

ReBride accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss of money, theft, fraud, damages, misrepresentation, non-delivery, or disputes arising from transactions between users. Users engage in transactions at their own risk and are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any purchase or sale.

5. Listing Fees and Payments

ReBride charges a fee for listing items or services on the platform.
All listing fees must be paid in full before a listing is published or made visible to the public.

Listing fees:

  • Are charged per listing unless otherwise stated

  • Are non-refundable once the listing has been submitted and/or published

  • Do not guarantee a sale or buyer interest

  • May vary depending on listing type, duration, or promotional upgrades

ReBride reserves the right to change listing fees at any time. Any fee changes will not affect listings already paid for.

If a listing is removed due to violation of these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.

The listing fee covers advertising space only and does not form part of any transaction between buyers and sellers.

6. Transactions Between Users

All agreements, payments, deliveries, and communications between buyers and sellers are strictly between those parties. ReBride does not mediate disputes and is not responsible for enforcing any agreements between users.

7. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are prohibited from:

  • Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content

  • Listing items they do not own or have permission to sell

  • Engaging in discriminatory, harmful, or unlawful behavior

  • Misusing ReBride’s platform for activities that violate any applicable law

ReBride reserves the right to remove any listing without notice if it violates these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ReBride.co.za, including logos, graphics, designs, text, and images, is the intellectual property of ReBride or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

By uploading content, you grant ReBride a non-exclusive right to display and promote your listing on the platform and related marketing channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, ReBride shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use of the platform

  • Listings posted by users

  • Transactions between users

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReBride, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your listings

  • Any transaction you enter into with another user

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

14. Termination

ReBride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or restrict access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
